About the Show
Escape, from physical confinement, the mental distraction from reality and routine, a breaking-free from controls/emotions, and a key to interrupt day to day operations. The variety of subjects explored in this theme challenge the meaning of death, the liberation from institutions, instinctual response to danger, and much more.
The exhibition focuses on the artists’ individual views of Escape.
Escape promotes a dialogue between artists and audiences on the interpretations of the theme. The exhibition explores the impact of mental, physical, and emotional relationships and the desire to escape both literal and fictional concepts.
