Sailboat Bend Artists Lofts: Group show + Open Mic

Five years ago the first residents of the Sailboat Bend Artists Community moved into this downtown Fort Lauderdale building consisting of 37 lofts – opened up, and declared their 3 level common area the “1310 Gallery“. Since then, like clock work these local artists took over the 2500 square foot space and created unique art exhibits, performances, community outreach, workshops, and film screenings. With a commitment to opening their gallery and many open studios- ‘every third Saturday of the month’ has been the motto to give each resident the chance to explore, create, curate, & produce monthly shows since 2008. Working with local, national, and international artists, art groups, non profits- the 1310 Gallery offers a unique experience and look into the day to day lives of emerging and mid-level artist.

For artists, by artists – 5 years of monthly art exhibits, shows, films screenings, lectures, workshops, open mics, community outreach, film screenings, and socials!

Join us for the first show of the year. 1310 Gallery resident artists group show. This will be a open themed art event + social.

Opening night will include light refreshments, OPEN MIC + performance by Michelle Riu & DJ Onestar
